I generate easy-to-read and accurate inspection reports with a summary page and digital photos on site in your choice; paper, email (pdf), CDrom, or I will securely post it on my web site for download by anyone you give the password to.
I have a 200% Satisfaction Guarantee (if at the end of a complete home inspection you are not satisfied that I have done a good job inspecting your home, I will waive my fee and pay to have another certified inspector of your choice reinspect the property).
Each of my customers will receive a free product RecallChek, with each complete inspection. I will take all the model numbers of each appliance and run a check to see of there are any recalls on those devices.
I carry Errors & Omissions as well as general liability insurance to protect both of us, when comparing inspectors ask about this, some inspectors don't (this is like driving with out insurance).
I include a Free pest inspection/wood destroying insect report with each complete home inspection.
I own and use high-tech equipment such as a boroscope, FLIR infrared thermal imaging camera, moisture meters, hygrometers, indoor air quality test equipment, IR heat sensors, microwave leak detector, continuos radon monitor, combustible gas and carbon monoxide test meters and Suretest electrical circuit test meters.
In the images below you can clearly see the difference between what an inspector with just a camera and flashlight can see and the ability that I have with the FLIR thermal imaging camera. Moisture levels in building materials above 16% can lead to wood rot, mold/fungi growth, and wood destroying insect activity.
